AN ORDINANCE of the City of Bremerton amending
~ Ordinance 5567 appropriating additional funds for °
the year 1980.
THE CITY .OF BP~TON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section S is 'hereby added to Ordinance 3567.
Section 5. Unanticipated revenues and expenditures for the
several funds, as listed, are hereby budget for the year 1980.
General Fund: To appropriate an additional $121,000 carried forward from 1979
including those approved by Resolution 1841: Expenditures: +$121,000.
Cmnulative Reserve, General: To appropriate unforseen revenues of $7,500:
Expenditures: Carryover' to 1981 +$7,500.
Street Fund: To appropriate an additional $56,500 carried forward from 1979
and reduce transfers from the general fund: Revenues: -$26,500
Expenditures: Carryover to 1981 +$24,500. Workmen's Compensation: +$5,700
CETA Fund: To appropriate an additional $13,000 carried forward from 1979 and
reduce transfers from the general fund: Revenues: -$15,000.
Parking System Revenue ~und: To appropriate an additional $21,000 carried
forward from 1979: Expenditures: Carryover to 1981 +$20,700. Workmen's
Compensation: +$500
Transit Fund: To appropriate an additional $90,900 carried forward from 1979:
Expenditures: Carryover to 1981 +$85,400. Insurance: +$5,500.
Federal Revenue Sharing Fund: To reduce the appropriation by a shortfall of
$12,000 from 1979: Expenditures: -$12,000 transfer to Street ~tmd.
Firefighting Equipment G.O. Fund: To make up 1979 deficit: Revenue: +$2,400
from Genegal Fund.
Water Fund: To correct debt service expense and appropriate unforeseen revenue:
Revenue: +$50,100 sales. Expenditures: Accounting ~ Data Processing: +$18,000
Debt Service: -$4,500. PILOT: +$4,500. Workmen's Compensation: +$12,100
Sewer Fund: To correct debt service expenses and appropriate unforeseen revenue:
Revenue: +$6,000. Expenditures: Workmen's Compensation: +6,000. Debt Service:
-$105,700.
Data Processing Fund: To appropriate unforeseenrevenue to meet unbudgeted
expenses. Revenue: +$500 data processing charges. Expenditures: +$S00
communications.
Equipment Rental Fund: To appropriate an additional $1,800 carri.ed forward from
1979: Expenditures: Data Processing: +$500. Workmen's compensations: +$1,300.
