AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area
maps of Ordinance No. 1792 (Kitsap Lake
Area).
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Tha~ the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV,
Chapter I thereof as follows:
That property described in Attachment "A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein
by reference
be and .the same are reclassified from Residential-One ~R-1) to
Residential-Two ~R-2), subject to the following conditions:
1. Any construction will be subject to
site plan approval.
2. New residential construction shall be
required to reCeive site plan approval
from the Bremerton Planning Commission
and City Council. This requirement
shall not apply to single family
residential or duplex development.
3. Site planning for new development shall
be reviewed particularly closely for
design which will reduce traffic
congestion.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
