Ordinance No. 3147 regarding hydrant
maintenance and installation.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section III, Subparagraph K of
Ordinance No. 3147 (Municipal Code 15.04.120) is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. Upon proper application, fire
hydrants may be installed outside the city by individuals,
water or fire districts. All such fire hydrants shall be
installed in accordance with the standard specifications
of the city, and the entire cost of all labor and material
necessary to install such hydrants shall be paid by the
applicant.
