AN ORDINANCE amending the use and
area maps of Ordinance No. 1792

THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1: That the use and area maps of
Ordinance No. 1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity
with Title IV, Chapter I thereof as follows:
That portion of Parcel 24, Block 8,
Third Addition to Sheridan Park, as
per plat recorded in Volume 8 of
Plats, pages 64, 65, 66 and 67,
records of Kitsap County, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner
of said Parcel 24; thence South
88°38'59'' East 141 feet along the
South line of Sheridan Road;
thence South l°21'01" West to the
North line of Chestnut Street;
thence Northwesterl~ along said
North line to the Southwest corner
of said Parcel 24;
thence North 1"21'01" East along
the West line thereof, 93.24 feet;
thence South 88~38'59" East 60 feet;
thence North 1~21'01'' East 125 feet
to the true point of beginning;
(Being designated as Parcel B Of
Certificate of Short Plat, recorded
under Auditor's File No.
7812080144);
Situate in Kitsap County, Washington.
be and the~same hereby is reclassified from Residential-
One (R-l) to Residential-Two (R-2) subject %0 the following
conditions:
(1) The site shall be developed essentially
the same as the Barry Branch site plan dated Nov. 20, 1979,
which was presented to the Bremerton City Council on December
18, 1979;
(2) That the development be built as a
condominium and no sale of more than one unit to any indivi-
dual or corporate company be allowed. A condominium
declaration shall be filed with the Planning Department prior
to the issuance of an occupancy permit; and
(3) The storm draLnage and sanitary sewer
system shall be developed to the standards set by the City
Engineer.
