AN ORDINANCE amending the use and
area maps of Ordinance No. 1792

THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
'Section 1: That the use and area maps of
Ordinance No. 1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity
with Title IV, Chpater I thereof as follows:
SUBJECT PROPERTY: .40 acres on south
side of E. 30th approx., 380' west of
Rickey Road
Legal Description: The North 140 feet
of the following des. tract: That
Portion of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4
of Sec. 11, T24N, R1E, W.M., described
as follows: Beginning 408 feet west
of the SE corner of the NW 1/4 of
said NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; thence west
126 Et,; thence N 330 ft.; thence E
126 ft.; thence S 330 ft. to the point
of beginning; EXCEPT the N 30 ft. for
road; situate in Kitsap Co. WA.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential-
One (R-l) to Residential-Two (R-2) subject to the following -
cOnditions:
(1) That the development be built as a
condominium and no sale of more than one unit to any individual
or corporate company be allowed. A condominium declaration
shall be filed with the Planning Department prior to the
issuance of an occupancy permit;
(2) The storm drainage and sanitary sewer
system shall be developed to the standards set by the City
Engineer;
(3) The site shall be developed essentially
the same as the Gerald Schlie, Kurihara To~nhouse site plan,
dated Nov, 30, 1979, which was presented to the Bremerton
City Council on Dec. 18, 1979;
(4) The owner/developer shall improve a portion
of Rickey Rd. from the south line of E. 30thSt. to the south line of East
31st Street. The Rickey Rd. development will be made to
the same standards as required in the Chelsea Plat submitted
by Dave Jewell;
(5) The granting of this rezone to R-2 is an
alternative to the development of duplexes on the site and
shall not be considered as a zoning precedent for the area.
