AN ORDINANCE of the City of Bremerton
amending Ordinance 3481 as amended by
Ordinances 3527, 3528, 3533, 3551, 3555,
3557, and 3561, and adjusting appropriations
.... for the year 1979.
THE CITY OF BREMERTONDOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Section 14, 15, and 16 are hereby added to Ordinance
3481 as amended:
Section 14. That the following changes to the Transit '
Fund are directed:
REVENUE
Cash Carried Forward +$114,900.
EXPENDITURES
546-33-31 +$114,900.
Section 15. That the following changes to the Federal
Revenue Sharing Fund are directed:
Cash Carried Forward +$293,500.
EXPENDITURES
519-80-53 +$293,500.
Section 16. That the following Changes to the LID Control
Fund are directed:
REVENUE
Cash Carried Forward +$ 75,800.
EXPENDITURES
530-80-71-01 +$ 20,000.
530-80-72-01 +$ 22,000.
Section 2. That an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist,
and this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace,.health~and safety of the citizens of the City of Bremerton
and this Ordinance should take and be effective immediately following
passage and publication.~
PASSED unanimously, by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, sisned
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this 8th day of January, 1980.
