AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area JAN
maps of Ordinance No. 1792. (City of

THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title
IV~ Chapter I thereof as follows: Southwest corner of Kitsap
~ay and Arsenal ~'~ay~ east of State Route 3, be and the same
hereby is reclassified from Residential-One (R-l) to Business
Two (B-2) subject to the following conditions:

1. This rezone is subject to the various requirements
contained in the Dremerton Area Plan~ the Bremerton Zoning
Ordinance, the Uniform Building Code and other applicable
laws and regulations. It is ~he responsibility of the developer
to assure compliance with the applicable provisions contained
therein.
2. The site shall be developed essentially the same
as the site 'plan labeled "Exhibit B" except as modified to meet
conditions of approval listed herein.
3. Any changes, revisions or additions which consti-
tute a significant departure from the approved site plan
shall require approval of the Planning Co~nission, subject
to appeal to the City Council within ten (10) days;
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading

PASSED by-the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the ~[ayor and attested by the City Clerk in authenti-
