..~--- ~c'~ SECTION 1: Subsection (1) of Section I, Ordinance
.CO ~,~> No. 3283 is amended to read as follows:
1. This rezone is subject to the various
requirements contained in the Bremerton Area Plan, the Bremerton
Zoning Ordinance, the Uniform Building Code and other applicable
laws and regulations. It is the responsibility of the develoner
to assure compliance with the applicable provisions contained
therein;
2. The site shall be developed essentially the
same as the site plan labeled Exhibit "B" except as modified
herein.
3. Any changes, revisions or additions which
constitute a significant departure from the approved site plan
shall require approval of the Planning Commission.
4. Prior to the issuance of any building permits
the developer shall submit and obtain approval of responsible Citv
departments for a site plan which includes:
(a) Provisions of an on-site parking area
for unloading of fuel whiCh meets Fire
~ Department ~equirements.

(d) Construction of a sidewalk along the
portion of Pine Road abutting the subject
property which meets the approval of the
City Engineer.
(e) Installation of a simple bicycle rack
which can secure the frame and wheels of
a bicycle.
(f) Provisionof signing consistent with
Section 502 of the Zoning Ordinance,
and lighting of such signing is to be
from a source other than the sign face;
it must be directed solely at the sign
face and may not illuminate any adjacent
use.

(g) Provision of screening consistent
with Section 716 of the Zoning
Ordinance.
(h) The development shall be approved
by Police, Traffic and Fire Departments.
(i) All improvements approved in site plan
(with the exception of the right-of-
way improvements such as driveway
sections and sidewalks) shall be
located on private property.
5. Prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit
the developer shall satisfy all above requirements.
