AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance Number
3636 to modify land use restrictions
for Quad 4000.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Ordinance Number 3636, Section One, Subsection
Three is amended to read as follows:
The development of the site rezoned by this action and the
development of the property lying west of this site to
Wheaton Way and east of the site to Maple shall be developed
essentially the same as the site plan attached hereto and
marked as Exhibit "B" except as it needs to be modified to
meet the conditions in Ordinance Number 3636.
Section 2. Ail other conditions to the rezone stated in
Ordinance Number 3636 shall remain in full force and effect.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of the City of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
