AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. 2458 §1
(now codified as Bremerton Municipal Code
§7.04.140) and providing for the appointment
of an official poundmaster of the City and
declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BRE~RTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1: Ordinance No. 2458 gl is hereby repealed
in its entirety.
Section 2: The City Council shall by resolution appoint
and declare such persons, firms or corporations as may from time to
time be necessary and appropriate an official poundmaster of the
City for the control of animals in the City.
Section 3: An emergency exists affecting the public
health, safety and welfare and this ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED unanimously by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested!-~by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this ~. day of August, 1981.
