~ maps of Ordinance No. 1792 (Loidhamer) ~~ ~
THE CITY OF B~RTON DOES ORDAIN: ~ ~~
Section 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be and hereby are amended in confo~ity with Title IV,
Chapter I thereof as follows:

plat recorded in Vol~e 2 of plats,
pages 16 and 17, records of Kitsap County,
Washington
b~ and the ~ame hereby is reclassified from Residential-One ·
(R-l) to Residential-Two (R-2) subject to the following conditions:
1. Rezone is subject to the various require-
ments contained in the Bremerton Area
Plan, the Bremerton Zoning Ordinance,
the Uniform Building Code and other
Building Code and other apPliCable
laws and regulations. 'It is the re, -
spOnsibility of .the-developer .to assure
complianoe with~the applicable provisions
contained therein;
2. The site shall be developed essentially
the same as the site plan labeled
"Exhibit B" except as modified herein;
3. Prior to finalizing the proposed~rezone,
the developer shall obtain Administrative
Variance to Sections 407 (side yard
setback), Sec. 404 (rear yard setback)
and Sec. 715 (parking) of the Bremerton
Zoning Ordinance.
4. Prior to approval of an occupancy permit
for the proposed apartment over the garage: ~[234~0~
a. Strictly comply with all Fire Depart-
ment requirements, including adherence
to codes, proper separation of uses,
and a proper means of egress from
apar. tments.
b. The two structures, the main house
and the garage/apartment building
shall be connected in a manner satis-
factory to the Building and Fire
Departments to establish a 2-family
(duplex) residence to conform with
Zoning Ordinance lot area requirements.
5. Any changes, revisions or additions which con-
stitute a significant deParture~from the approve~
site plan shall require approval by the Planning
Cor~%iSsion
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
