THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN: DEPU~~
Section 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title
IV, Chapter I thereof as follows:

plat recorded in Volume 2 of Plats, pa~'e
30, r~ords of Kitsap County. Located at
1043 Burwell Avenue, Bremerton, Washington.
be and the same hereby is reclassified from Residential--Two
(R-2) to Business--Three (B-3) subject to the following con-
ditions:
t. This rezone is subject to the various requirements
contained in the Bremerton Area Plan, the Bremerton Zoning
Ordinance, the Uniform Building Code and other applicable laws
and regulations. It is the responsibility of the developer to
assure compliance with the applicable provisions contained
therein.
2. The site shall be used for Credit Union employee
parkin,:'3 only and shall be developed essentially the same as the
site plan labeled Exhibit "A" except as modified herein°
3. Any changes, revisions or additions which constitute
a significant departure from the approved site plan shall re-
quire approval of the Planning Commission and City Council.
4. Within five years of the date of this ordinance
or when this parcel is incorporate~ into a larger parking lot,
whichever con~s first, a storm water retention facility meeting
City Engineering standards shall be installed.
5. Prior to the issuance of any building permits
the developer shall submit and obtain approval of responsible
City Departments for a site plan which includes:
a. Design indicating that access will only be
from the alley. Provided that the City Council may,
upon the recommendation of either the Police/Traffic
Division or the City Engineer, reassess the access
and require that access be provided to Burwell.
b. Asphalt surfacing of the lot.
