AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. 3626
relating to contracting indebtedness; pro-
viding for the issuance, specifying the
maturities, maximum effective interest
rate, terms and covenants of $550,000 par
value of "Fire Station Unlimited Tax General
Obligation Bonds, 1981" authorized by the
qualified voters of the City at a special
election held therein pursuant to Ordinance
No. 3595; establishing a bond redemption fund;
and providing for the sale of such bonds.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 3626 is hereby
repealed~
APPROVED by the City Commissioners on the first
reading this'~ ~ day of ~ ~J~.i , 1981.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
