THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN: DE~U_TY.__~- '"
Section 1. That a right-of-way vacation be granted
on real property described as follows:
A portion of Kitsap Way right-of-way located at
the northeast corner of Kitsap Way and Shorewood
Drive in Bremerton, Washington, being of
an
area
approximately 1205square feet, more particularly
described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incor-
porated herein as though fullv set forth,
and the same is hereby granted subject to the following conditions:
a. Granting of an easement unto the City of
Bremerton for utilities over and under that
portion of the right-of-way as vacated in
the above description.
b. Granti.ng unto the City of Bremerton the
right to enter upon said property to allow
the Public Utility Companies to enter upon
said property for the purpose of constructing
or repairing utilities as may be required.
c. Pa_yment to the City of Bremerton the full
amount of the appraised value of the above-
described property, said sum being Two
Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Six Dollars and
Eighty Cents ($2,366.80).
APPROVED by the CitY Council on the first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication

That portion of Government Lot 4, Section 16, Township 24 North, Range 1 East,
W.M., lying north of State Highway No. 21, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Government Lot 4; thence
S 88°53'45'' east along the south line of said Government Lot 4, a
distance of 661'.85 feet; th~nc~ ~'1°28'03'' east 665.03 feet to'center
of said Government Lot 4; thence continuing N l°28'03'' east 23.10 feet;
thence Northeasterly to the north margin of State Highway No. 21, at
the intersection of the west line of tract conveyed to Lorine Liner by
deed recorded under Auditor's File No. 363224,thence N 38°29'18'' east
125 feet; thence N 65u12'00'' west 160.97 feet; thence S 18o15'50'' west
137.48 feet to the north margin of Kitsap Way and the true point of
beginning; thence northwesterly along said margin 132.41 feet, more
or less to ~he intersection with the east margin of Shorewood Drive;
thence S 35v12'11' east 13.45,feet; thence easterly, parallel to the
north margin of Kitsap Way to a point S 18015'50'' west of the true
point of beginning; thence N 18o15'50'' east 10 feet, more or less
to the true point of beginning.
Situate in Kitsap County, Washington.
