Washington, amending Ordinance No. 3166/
Section 2 pertaining to Fleeing or Eluding
a Police Officer.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
~Sec'tion 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance 3166 is
amended to read as follows:
Any person, while driving a vehicle
on any roadway in the City of Bremerton,
who flees or attempts to elude any police
officer after having received any signal
from a police officer to bring the vehicle
to a stop shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
and upon conviction shall be punished by
a fine of five hundred dollars, or imprison-
ment not to exceed ninety days, or by both
such fine and imprisonment.
APPROVED by the City Commissioners on the first

PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
