THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance No.
1792 be and hereby are amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter
I thereof as follows:

plat recorded in Vol. 2 of Plats on page 4, records
of Kitsap County.

to Business-Two (B-2) subject to th~ following conditions.
1. This application is subject to the various requirements contained
in the Bremerton Area Plan, the Bremerton Zoning Ordinance, the
Uniform Building Code and other applicable regulations. It is
the responsibility of the applicant to assure compliance with
the various provisions contained in these ordinances and in
particular those noted in the Development Standards section of
the Staff Review dated November 14, 1980·
2. The use of the property shall be limited to the remodeling and
reuse of the existing structure for-professional- office space.
Retail sales or other uses normally permitted in a B-2 zone
shall not be allowed. Only the upper or main floor of the
existing structure shall be used for office uses. Use of the
basement area shall be limited to storage and non-customer
related functions.
3. The applicant shall provide two parking stalls on the subject
property or in accordance with Section 712 of the Zoning
Ordinance, which provides for the joint use of parking facilities.
To protect the public safety, the existing garage and drive
shall not be used for parking, and such shall be blocked.
4. Any changes, revisions or additions which constitute a major
departure from the approved site plan submitted by the
applicant shall be fully processed by the Planning Commission
and City Council in the same manner as a new application for
zone reclassification.
