AN ORDINANCE amending Section IV, Subparagraph
H(2) (b) of Ordinance No. 31~as amended by
Ordinance No. 3307, Ordinance No. 3346 and Or- ~%O%
dinance No. 35~ relating to City of Bremerton
sewer service charges.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Section IV, Subparagraph H(2) (b) of Ordinance
No. 3147 (Municipal Code 15.04.550 (b) (2)), as amended by Ordinance
No. 3307, Ordinance No. 3346 and Ordinance No. 3575 relating to City
of Bremerton sewer service charges is amended to read as follows:
Sewer service charges will be levied, when
possible, on the basis of water metered to the
premises. The minimum monthly sewer service
charge shall be as follows:

In addition to the minimum monthly sewer service
charge, a charge of .008 cents per cubic feet
shall be made for water metered in excess of the
amount specified above.
Section 2. Section IV, Subparagraph H(2) (e) of Ordinance
No. 3147 (BMC 15.04.550 (b) (5)) as amended by Ordinance No. 3307
and Ordinance No. 3446 is amended to read:
Those premises served by the Bremerton sewer
system but not by the Bremerton water system,
shall pay a monthly sewer service charge as
follows:
City residents $4.00 per month
County residents $6.00 per month
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
28 day of April, 1981.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
