Recreation Facility Development Fund.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES'ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Treasurer is hereby authorized
and directed to establish a Park and Recreation Facility Develop-
ment Fund to be used to construct park and recreation facilities.
Section 2. The City Treasurer shall transfer the
~olle6tions from theoperation of the Gold Mountain Golf Course,
in excess of the sums necessary to pay the golf course debt
service and maintenance expenses, to the Park and Recreation
Facility' Development Fund.
Section 3. Any additional funds received by the City
of Bremerton which are committed to park and recreation facility
development shall be paid into the Park and Recreation Facility
Development Fund.
APPROVED by the City Commissioners on the first reading
