AN ORDINANCE amending the Bremerton Municipal
Code as follows:
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
1. Ail references in the Bremerton Municipal Code
to "Commissioner of Finance and Accounting", "Commissioner of
Public Works", "Commissioner of Public Safety", and "Commissioner",
shall hereby be deleted, and "Mayor" shall be substituted in
all such instances.
2. All references in the Bremerton Municipal Code
to ~'City Commission" or "Commissioners", shall be deleted, and
"Council", or "Council Members", as appropriate, shall be sub-
stituted in all such instances.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading
this 21 day of December, 1982.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authen-
tication of such passage this ~ day of December, 1982.

AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 343?,
§8, relating to posting residential permit
parking areas.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 8 of Ordinance No. 343? shall be
amended to read as follows:
21.08.120 POSTING AREA. Upon the adoption by the city council
of a resolution designating a residential permit parkin9 area,
the mayor shall cause appropriate signs to be erected in the
area, indicating prominently thereon the conditions under which
permit parking shall be exempt therefrom.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
