AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3437, §4,
relating to residential permit parking areas.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 4 of Ordinance no. 3437 shall be
amended to read as follows:
21.08.050 DESIGNATION - CRITERIA. A residential area shall be
deemed eligible for consideration as residential permit parking
area if, based on objective criteria established at the direction
of the mayor or his designee, the parking therein is impacted by
commuter vehicles.
