AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3665, §3,
relating to appointment of housing code
inspector.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 3 of Ordinance No. 3665 shall be
amended to read as follows:
17.16.070 APPOINTMENT OF HOUSING CODE INSPECTOR. A housing code
inspector shall be appointed by the mayor to inspect housing unit
as requested by an owner, his agent or other authorized person,
including a renter occupying a residential unit.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
day of ~~--~-~-~ , 1982.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this~day ~f_Jk~cember, 1982.
