AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3147 § 4(G)
relating to discharge at sewage disposal
plants.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 4 (G) of Ordinance No. 3147 shall be
amended to read as follows:
15.04.540. DISCHARGE AT SEWAGE DISPOSAL PLANTS. Any person,
firm or corporation desiring to discharge sewage discussed in
Section 15.04.530 at the sewage disposal plants of Bremerton
shall first pay an annual fee of fifty dollars to the city
treasurer, and shall present the receipt to the city clerk, who
shall issue a license authorizing that person, firm or
corporation to discharge such sewage in accordance with rules and
regulations of the council members promulgated under the
authority of this chapter. Such discharge shall be permitted
only to those persons, firms or corporations living or doing
business within the city, or city agencies.
