AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3147
relating to unlawful discharge into city sewer
system.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 4 (F) of Ordinance No. 3147 shall be
amended to read as follows:
15.04.530. UNLAWFUL DISCHARGE INTO CITY SEWER SYSTEM. It is
nnlawful for any person, firm or corporation to discharge the
contents of any septic tank, cesspool or chemical toilet into the
city sewer system except at places and times designated by the
mayor or his designee, at the sewage disposal plant.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in
