AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No.3147 § 3(AN)
relating to who shall have authority to make
decisions in behalf of the city regarding
the water department.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 3 (AN) or Ordinance No. 3147 shall be
amended to read as follows:
15.04.410 MAYOR TO REPRESENT CITY - APPEAL. The mayor or his
designee shall have the authority to decide on behalf of the city
any questions that may arise through the necessity of
interpretation of this chapter or other ordinances of the city
relating to the water department, and his decision in such case
shall be final, subject to the right of the person aggrieved
thereby to appeal from such decision to the city council, by
giving written notice of such appeal within ten days from the
date such person is notified of such decision.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
