AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3147, §3(T),
relating to water bills.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 3(T) of Ordinance No. 3147 shall be
amended to read as follows:
15.04.210 DIVISION OF CITY INTO ZONES FOR ACCOUNTING.
A. It is the duty of the accounting department to keep
accounts with all consumers of water and to enter on such
accounts all charges and penalties applicable, and to render
bills to all consumers of water from time to time as herein
provided in this chapter.
B. For accounting purposes and the payment of water
bills, the territory served by the water department of the city
may be divided into zones. Such division shall be made with the
approval of the mayor and may be revised as required to maintain
the number of accounts in each zone as nearly equal as possible.
