AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2330, §7,
relating to liens against real property.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 7 of Ordinance No. 2330 shall be
amended to read as follows:
6.20.070 LIEN. Whenever the city council shall cause any such
claim to be paid as aforesaid, the same shall be filed with the
city treasurer who shall make out a roll showing the amount of
the claim against each lot or parcel of land, giving an accurate
description of such lot or parcel of land and certifying as to
the correctness of same, and the same may at any time thereafter
be collected in the manner provided for foreclosure of mechanics'
liens, under the law of the state of Washington.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
