AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No.2330
relating to health and sanitation work.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 5 of Ordinance No. 2330 shall be
amended to read as follows:
6.20.050 WORK DONE BY CITY. If the council at the time of such
hearing shall find that such work be done and shall pass a
resolution finding such fact, and shall order the mayor to
proceed with such work, then the mayor or his designee shall
enter upon such land or premises and cause such work to be done.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
day of ' ~~~~ , 1982.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested to ~y the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage thi~day f December, 1982.
