of business license
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 16 of Ordinance No. 3169 shall be
amended to read as follows:
5.92.160 DENIAL OF LICENSE - HEARING. Any person whose
application or license has been denied or revoked, may, within
ten days following notification of the denial or revocation, file
a request for a hearing with the Bremerton city council. The
council shall set a hearing date within thirty days of receiving
such request.
