relating to equipment use charges.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 6 of Ord. No. 3528 shall be
amended to read as follows:
3.68.060 EQUIPMENT USE CHARGES Each department using equipment
which is part of the equipment pool shall pay into the equipment
rental operating account, monthly for each item, an amount equal
to the actual cost of the fund of servicing and maintaining such
items including salaries, wages, materials and supplies. In
addition, each such department shall pay into the equipment
rental reserve account monthly a charge for replacement for each
item based on the estimated useful life of the particular item.
The monthly "rates for equipment use" and the "shop rate" for the
repair facility will be established by city council's resolution
on an annual basis upon approval of the budget.
