relating to equipment rental personnel and auditing.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3528 shall be
amended to read as follows:
3.68.040. EQUIPMENT INCLUDED. (a) All trucks, passenger cars
and construction equipment currently in th~ equipment rental fund
shall be in an equipment pool operated by the department of
public works within the fund established by this chapter. All
vehicles and equipment currently owned by the various city
departments may be transferred to the equipment rental fund on
the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter, or
at the direction of the city council.
(b) Certain specialized items of equipment may, at the
direction of the city council, be expressly excluded from the
equipment rental fund. The equipment rental fund and equipment
rental repair facility shall make direct charge to the department
for all repairs to such equipment.
