AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No.2722, § 2,
relating to bonding of utility collection
agents.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2722 shall be
amended to read as follows:
3.48.020 BOND. Each designated owner or operator shall be
covered by a fidelity bond running in favor of the city in an
unimpaired amount of not less than two thousand five hundred
dollars with a corporate licensed surety of the state
satisfactory to the mayor. Until such bond is filed with the
city custodian of records, bearing the written approval of the
mayor, the designated owner or operator shall not be authorized
or entitled to collect utility charges.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this~day of December, 1982.
