AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2722
relating to appointment of utility collection
agents.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2722 shall be
amended to read as follows:
3.48.010 APPOINTMENT BY COMMISSIONER OF FINANCE. The Mayor is
hereby authorized and empowered to designate and employ the
owners or operators of such business establishments, and in such
numbers as he shall deem necessary or desirable, at convenient
points within the city as agents for collection at their
designated establishments of billings or statement due the city
for monthly water and sewer service charges.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this~d~y of December, 1982.
