AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No.1475, §6,
relating to supervision and care of Ivy
Green Cemetery.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 6 of Ordinance No. 1475 shall be
amended to read as follows:
2.60.130 PERPETUAL CARE NUMBER TWO - SUPERVISION. The direct
supervision and care of Ivy Green Cemetery perpetual care number
two shall be under the supervision of the mayor, and the good
faith of the city is pledged forever and during its existence as
a municipality either under its present name or any such name as
may hereafter be adopted for the perpetual care, upkeep and
maintenance of all such lots provided for perpetual care except
block 1 thereof in said Ivy Green Cemetery perpetual care number
two, according to the plat thereof.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
