two lots in Ivy Green Cemetery
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3107 shall be
amended to read as follows:
2.60.100 PERPETUAL CARE NUMBER TWO - SALE OF LOTS - CARE. The
lots included in that part of Ivy Green Cemetery as set forth in
Section 2.60.090 shall be sold at such price as may be provided
by the city council, but the purchaser of each lot therein
included shall pay to the city treasurer, in addition to the
price of each of said lots, the sum of one hundred fifty dollars
per lot for the perpetual care of each lot so purchased and no
lot included in the plat of Ivy Green Cemetery perpetual care
number two, except block 1 thereof, shall be sold to any
purchaser or any person and no deed thereto shall be given until
the said sum of one hundred fifty dollars for each of said lots
shall have been paid for such care.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
day of ' ~-~~O~ , 1982.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage th~ December, 1982.
