relating to supervision and care of the
replat of the north half of Ivy Green
Cemetery, and other perpetual care lots.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 8 of Ordinance No. 804 shall be
amended to read as follows:
2.60.080 SUPERVISION OF NORTH HALF OF CEMETERY. The direct
supervision and care of the replat of the north half of Ivy Green
Cemetery, together with such other lots as may be provided for
perpetual care, shall be under the supervision of the mayor, and
the good faith of the city is perpetually pledged forever and
during its existence as a municipality, either under its present
name or any such name as may hereafter be adopted, for the
careful care, upkeep and maintenance of all such lots provided
for perpetual care in said Ivy Green Cemetery.
