AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3106
relating to cemetery perpetual care fund
THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OP BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section I of Ordinance No. 3106 shall be
amended to read as follows:
2°60.050 DEPOSIT OP MONEYS - FUND CREATED° The city treasurer
shall create a special fund to be known as the cemetery perpetual
care fund into which shall be deposited all funds, as herein
provided, as perpetual care funds; and the amount so deposited in
said fund shall be invested in such securities as may be approved
by the investment committee, the interest thereon to be used by
the city to pay the expenses of the perpetual care of such lots,
and no part of the principal thereby created shall be used for
the care of such lots.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
