AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance ~o.3106
relating to sale of cemetery lots.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 1 of Ordinance no. 3106 shall be
amended to read as follows:
2.60.020 SALE OF LOTS - PERCENTAGE SET ASIDE FOR CARE. The lots
included in that part of Ivy Green Cemetery, as set forth in
Section 2.60.010, shall be sold at such prices as may be
determined by resolution of the city council, and twenty percent
of the purchase price shall be used by the city for the perpetual
care of every lot purchased.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage thi~day/9~ December, 1982.
