officials or employees while on official
business away from designated duty post.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN:
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3587 shall be
amended to read as follows:
2.52.010 MILEAGE RATE. Whenever it becomes necessary for an
elective or appointive official or employee of the city to travel
away from his designated post of duty while engaged on official
business, and he is authorized by the department head to use his
personally owned automobile for such travel, he shall be
reimbursed at a mileage rate not to exceed eighteen and one-half
cents per mile.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,

authentication of such passage this~day of December, 1982.
