relating to the wastewater facility
superintendent.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 2 of Ordinance No. 3489 shall be
amended to read as follows:
2.16.020 SUPERVISION. The wastewater facility supervisor shall
work under the supervision of the mayor and shall be assigned a
workweek schedule in accordance with terms set by ordinance and
shall be governed by provisions of all ordinances of the city so
far as they shall pertain to such position.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
