relating to appointment and dismissal
of the planning director.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
Section 12 of Ordinance No. 2678 shall be
amended to read as follows:
2.12.120 METHOD OF APPOINTMENT AND DISMISSAL FOR THE PLANNING
DIRECTOR. The planning director shall be appointed by the mayor,
with the approval of the city council. He may be dismissed by
the mayor with the approval of the city council.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in
