THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, as hereby amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter
I thereof, as follows:

That portion of Government Lot 6,
Section 11, Township 24 North, Range 1
East, W.M., described as follows:
Beginning at a point 163.33 feet North and
20 feet East of the Southwest corner of said
Section 11; thence North 66.665 feet; thence
East 163.35 feet; thence South 66.665 feet;
thence West 163.35 feet to the point of
beginning.
be and the same is hereby reclassified from Residential One (R-i)
to Residential Two (R-2).
SECTION 2: That the following requirements and
other applicable laws and regulations shall apply to the property
rezoned by this ordinance, and Ordinance No. 1792:
1. This rezone is subject to the various require-
ments contained in the Bremerton Area Plan, the Bremer-
ton Zoning Ordinance, the Uniform Building Code and
other applicable laws and regulations. It is the re-
sponsibility of the developer to assure compliance with
the applicable provisions contained therein.
2. The site shall be developed essentially the
same as the site plan labeled Exhibit "B" except as
modified to meet conditions of approval listed
therein.
3. Any changes, revisions or additions which con-
stitute a significant departure from the approved site
plan shall require approval of the Planning Commission,
subject to appeal to the City Council within ten (10)
calendar days.

4. The subject apartment unit shall not be
expanded unless additional parking is provided as
determined by the Planning Commission, subject to
appeal to the City Council within the ten (10) calendar
days.
5. Prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit,
the developer shall:
a. Construct a sewer connection per
Engineering Department requirements, provided that
a four-inch rather than six-inch side sewer pipe is
permitted.
b. Fire protection measures to Fire
Department specifications.
c. Comply with all requirements listed above.
APPROVED by the City Commissioners on the first
