AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance Nos.
3188, 3155 and 2911 relating to Transit
Subsidy Tax effective September 30, 1982.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1.
Ordinance Nos. 3188, 3155 and 2911 relating to Transit Sub-
sidy Tax are hereby repealed, effective September 30, 1982.
APPROVED by the City Commissioners on the first readings
this /$ day of October, 1982.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of
Bremerton, Washington, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk in authentication of such passage this ~ day of
October, 1982.
