AN ORDINANCE providing for a monetary con-
tribution to the Special Investigative Unit
Fund upon conviction of Bremerton Municipal
Code 9.88.010.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: Contribution to Special Investigative Unit Fund
Ordinance No. 3226, Section 3 is amended to read as follows:
(1) Any person convicted of violating the provisions of
Section 9.88.010 of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not
exceeding Three Hundred dollars ($300.00), or by imprisonment in
the city jail for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days, or by
both such fine and imprisonment.
In addition, said person shall be required to contrib-
ute One Hundred dollars ($100.00) to the Bremerton Police Depart-
ment Special Investigative Unit Fund and such contribution shall
not be suspended or deferred.
APPROVED by the City Commissioners on the first readings
this ~ day of September, 1982.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of
Bremerton, Washington, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk in authentication of such passage this /~ day of
September, 1982.
