AN ORDINANCE repealing the existing ordinance
which declares it to be unlawful to conduct a
carnival in the City of Bremerton.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: REPEAL OF BMC 9.57
Ordinance No. 1679 is hereby repealed.
APPROVED by the City Commissioners on the first
reading this /? day of August, 1982.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremer-
ton, Washington, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this 2~ day of August,
1982. ~
