~ ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance No. 749
as amended, which regulates food estab-
lishments, cigar stands and card tables.
THE CITY OF B~RTON DOES HE,BY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 749, as amended by Ordinance
No. 761, Sections 1 and 2; Ordinance No. 1468, Section 4; Ordin-
ance No. 2497, Section 1; Ordinance No. 2835, Section 1; Ordinance
No. 3516, Section 1; and Ordinance 3625, Section 6 (BMC 5.44) is
hereby repealed.
APPROVED by the City Co~issioners on the first reading

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
