Home My WebLink About3707 ORDINANCE NO. ~ ~ AN ORDINANCE establishing a time limit within which the City of Bremerton may commence an LID foreclosure proceeding, pursuant to RCW 35.50. THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: SECTION 1: TIME LIMIT WITHIN WHICH THE CITY MAY COM- MENCE AN LID FORECLOSURE PROCEEDING, PUR- SUANT TO RCW 35.50. If, on the first day of January in any year, two in- stallments of any local improvement district are delinquent, or if the final installment thereof has been delinquent for more than one year, the City of Bremerton shall commence proceedings to foreclose the delinquent assessment or delinquent installments on or befOre October 1st of that year.
