THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN: SECTION 1: Mandatory Minimum Fine. Ordinance No. 3529, Section 2, XI(J) is hereby amended to read as follows: Violation a Misdemeanor. Any person, violating this chapter, is guilty of a misdemeanor. Upon second conviction, the court shall impCse a man- datory m~nimum fine of $250.00. Such ~ine shall not be suspended or deferred.
