~/~ ORDINANCE establishing a Transit
Capital Improvement Fund.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
There shall be a transit capital improvement fund,
Fund No. 308, established for the purchase or construction
of ca[~ital improvements for the Bremerton Municipal Transit
System. The fund will consist of raonies received from
state and federal grants for the purpose of financing the
capital needs of the Bremerton Municipal Transit System; and,
pursuant to RCW 35.95.030, general funds may be included,
when available~ as appropriations for the capital needs of
the transit system.
APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
on the first reading this ~-~ day of May, 1982.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Maycr and attested by the City Clerk in
aut~entication of such passage this /4F- day of~~, 1982.
