AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3636 to
approve the change in land use restrictions
pertaining to sign regulations. (QUAD 4000).
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section 1(9) (a) of Ordinance No. 3636 is
amended as follows:
(a) Signs along the Wheaton Way frontage
shall be limited to a single stationary, free-
standing sign, not to exceed 26 feet in height,
8 feet in width, and 2 feet in depth, and limit-
ed to the project name and names of major ten-
ants, and ground signsnot exceeding 30 square
feet each for the restaurant and bank. The
exact placement of said sighs shall be approved
by the City Engineer prior to installation to
assure that they will not interfere with safe
pedestrian or vehicular access.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
