AN ORDINANCE repealing Food Ordinance
No. 2840.
WHEREAS, the Bremerton, Kitsap County Board of
Health has approved new regulations governing food
service establishments which supercede Bremerton Food
Ordinance No. 2840, and
WHEREAS, repeal of Ordinance No. 2840 is in the
best interests of the City of Bremerton, now, therefore,
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 2840 is hereby repealed.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton~
